Archie is a stunning 17.3hh, 6-year-old Percheron × Irish Black gelding. He comes with a full wardrobe, and is up to date with vaccinations. Purchased directly from the breeder as a 3-year-old, backed and produced by ourselves; full history known. Archie has done guided rides, hunted, and has been ridden over all the big hills around us. He hacks confidently both alone and in company and is excellent in traffic, including tractors, farm machinery, livestock, and on busy roads. Nothing seems to faze him—he is genuine, sensible, and a pleasure to ride. He can and loves to jump, we have let him mature and not asked too much of him yet. He is brave, careful and has lots of scope, jumping in excess of 80cm with ease. On the ground, Archie is a kind, quiet horse with impeccable manners. He is willing, easy to handle, and always aims to please, making him an enjoyable horse to have around every day. With his striking presence, movement, and exceptional temperament, Archie would excel in the showing ring or make a fantastic all-rounder for someone wanting something special, that stands out from the crowd.
