Genuine ex-racehorse with real potential — 9yo Thoroughbred gelding 18hh

Sam came to me straight from a racing yard and has since been slowly re-schooled. He has come on beautifully and is now ready for someone with more time and experience than I have, to take him on to the next level. Work so far: A few intro dressage classes, summer camp in group lessons, and he has been round a show jumping course without batting an eyelid. He genuinely can jump, just needs someone with experience to show him the ropes. There is plenty of scope there for someone who wants to produce. Hacking: Excellent in traffic. Will hack alone or in company. Temperament: An absolute pleasure on the ground with a genuinely lovely nature. Suitable for: A confident, experienced rider. He is not a novice ride and is still a young ex-racehorse finding his way, but he is honest and tries hard. Not suitable for: First-time owners or nervous riders. Sold through no fault of his own, genuine reason for sale, I simply don't have the experience to take him to the next level and want something further on in their education.
