    A super smart, very special best friend, totally dependable and lots of fun for any discipline.

    Bertie is a very smart ISH with excellent breeding and confirmation and the best of temperaments. He has been correctly and carefully educated, his earlier years spent mostly hunting and doing clinics. More recently the focus has been on his flatwork, show jumping and xc, he's schooling confidently and consistently at 80/90cm, in readiness to start eventing. He is very easy to ride with a 'can do' attitude to everything asked of him. Great to hack, often lead from, its all a pleasure. He is a total gentleman to look after and he really loves people and other animals. He has no vices or hang-ups, can take him anywhere by yourself, he is always completely trustworthy and a true gem. This is a very sad and unexpected sale owing to owners ill health. Bertie deserves the very best future that we can no longer have together.
