Quality Grassroots Connemara

Romeo is a beautiful, over height, full green book Connemara with the most wonderful, kind temperament. He is currently 5 years old and has a lovely, willing attitude to work and talent to be a competitive little grassroots horse. We have been producing him slowly and carefully with his future in mind. He can be ridden by all of the family and has been ridden by an 11 year old girl. Romeo has been on trips to the beach where he was mannerly and level headed, happy to go first or last and equally happy to stand whilst his jockey took some videos of his friends galloping past! He really is a true gentleman. He has been xc schooling which he absolutely LOVED! He’s is super intelligent and always looking for the next question, jumping steps, ditches and water. He has also been showjump schooling proving unphased by fillers and has lovely technique over a fence. Been cubbing, proving mannerly and good with hounds. Stamped HWSD N/N in his passport. Doesn’t need to be ridden everyday, he can have time off without getting fizzy. Good to load, travels alone or in company and will stand on the lorry by himself whilst his friends are being ridden. Hacks alone or in company. Good to catch, bath, farrier etc, lovely ground manners. Will live in or out. Has a 5 stage vetting from October 2025 prior to import An all-round happy chappy that is looking for his new best friend.
