Old head on young shoulders

Red is an old head on young shoulders, a flashy low mileage young horse who could have a future in any sphere.

He does basic flatwork and has three balanced paces. He hasn’t done any flatwork previously so it’s all a learning curve he is a blank canvas. Just needs someone to educate him about an outline but that won’t take long, he wants to learn and gives everything a go. He has only ran twice both of which in National Hunt flat races. He has been schooled over poles, barrels and hurdles at home a few times previously. Even though he hasn’t done much of this he really enjoys jumping, he is bold and not phased by anything. Takes you into a fence. Plenty of scope so in the right hands he could go far. He is a quiet straightforward ride, does not act his age in any way, doesn’t need lots of leg. He is a popular chap and has been an everyone ride in the yard. He is well mannered with a very genuine kind character, loves fuss and a brush. He would love to have his own person. He has hacked out alone or in company around open fields & lanes, he isn’t fazed by varying types of traffic. He’s seen it all. He is a very easy going person, never buzzy or silly. Lives in & out in company. Good to clip, shoe, catch, box & travel. He last ran 15th August so is fully fit and being ridden a few times a week from the field.
