8 year old Tb Gelding

Christopher Clive 8 year old TB gelding. Chris is easy to do in every way, will load and travel in a lorry or trailer. Good feet and easy to shoe, clean limbed. Never raced and is Irish bred. He will stand on the yard all day to be pampered, he will be the yard favourite where ever he goes as he has the kindest heart. Chris came to us in January and was only sold due to his previous owner giving up riding, he was regularly team chased and hunted with the bloodhounds, jumping hedges is where his heart is and what he excels at. Since being here he has hunted up front and been in the field both with an adult male and teenage girl who both found him brilliant, stands at the meet and has ample patience. He is a thoroughbred so he isn’t a complete novice ride as can be keen when out and about but nothing silly, when coming back into work he can have a buck when first going into trot/canter but nothing unseating or dangerous just excitement. I have led young horses off of him out hacking and he’s foot perfect and great influence on other horses, he has recently been on a fun ride with a pony and child in tow and jumped everything. This is a sad sale of a true gentleman of a horse so we will be picky on finding him the perfect home, we want him to go somewhere that he can be enjoyed to his full potential out jumping hedges and having lots of fun making someone very happy.
