15.2 9yo, Bay, Thoroughbred, Gelding. ROR eligible. Beau retired sound from racing in March 2022.

Beau has been in the same home since he's finished his racing career where he's enjoyed a varied and fun 2nd career. During this time he's regularly attended RC clinics, competed in dressage at Intro & Prelim Level with scores of 65%+. Beau is happy hacking alone or in company spending a majority of the last 4 years exploring Dartmoor with his current owner. Although jumping hasn't been a major part of his life so far, since being with us he's taken to it really well proving to be honest, brave and straight forward to a fence. Beau attended his first show last week jumping 2 lovely confident rounds and behaved impeccably throughout. Beau is a delight to have around. He is good to catch, clip, shoe, load and travel with lovely manners in and out of the stable. Beau is still green in his jumping and we have found he can get a little hot on the way home out hacking so is not suitable for a novice rider. He has an old scar on his near hind which has never caused him any problems. Photos available on request. This is a really sad sale of a much loved horse who is only available due to owner wanting a smaller model, so will only go to the very best of homes.
