14.1hh, 10 yr old ladies hack/hunt/riding club all-rounder

Very special registered Connemara mare looking for a 5 star, kind, knowledgeable home.

Heartbreaking advert to write, we are looking for a loving new home for our very special Connie mare, a 5 star home where she will thrive is a must. She is a full up 14.1 Connie mare, she would be best suited as a mother's hack/hunter/riding club all-rounder rather than a competitive pony club home. Passed 5 stage vetting in May 2025, never been sick or sorry, we've owned her for the past year where she has done regular PC rallies, PC SJ, arena eventing, cross country schooling, hunter trials, private lessons, PC camp and oodles of hacking with my 9 year old daughter. She has hunted in a previous home and been out autumn hunting once since we have had her. Out hacking she is absolutely bombproof in heavy traffic, she absolutely adores hacking would go for miles on the end of the buckle or whizzing through fields, not strong in the slightest, never bolted. Good for the farrier, came to me unshod but now just has fronts, easy to do, low maintenance type, up to date with vaccs, teeth, physio. We feel she isn't happy in a PC home and she deserves an environment she can truly flourish in with an older rider who wants a fun ride. A very sad sale of an incredibly special pony, looking for a knowledgeable loving 5 star home. Endless amounts of video footage, pics available. Does have mild sweet itch which is controlled by a sweet itch rug.
