Beautiful Hunting/Pc Welsh A

Over the years we have taken part in pony club, xc schooling, local shows, lots of hacking & his favourite hunting ! He has taken my daughter from lead rein to riding confidently on her own. He loves work and has a great welshy character. He’s incredibly loving, fantastic with children & lots of hounds running around his legs ! You can ride & lead with him , lead him from a bike etc. He has a great pop in him, he would happily trot over a cross pole but then steps up for hunting/xc ! He has always been ridden in a snaffle ! Can occasionally pop a small buck going into canter (more of a lazy buck). Good to hack out ! Has been broken into drive which he loved, I’ve just not had the time recently to get him back into it. He has great stable manners, easy to clip & bath. Happy to live in or out (He can get laminitis but easily managed by restricting his grazing or wearing a muzzle during the high risk periods.) Oscar is not a dope on a rope !! So if you’re looking for a pony for a nervous child he is probably not right for you. He just loves life, walks & trots with purpose (at home he’s quite lazy) but loves a day out. He would be a great lead rein pony or a 1.5/2nd pony. This is an incredibly hard post to write but the time has come to find Oscar his next best friend and have lots of fun with. The best home for Oscar is so important to us !
