A VERY SPECIAL ALLROUNDER

14.2 13yr Gelding with top class breeding by Bobby sparrow blue. We are devastated to have reached the point of finding a new home for our boy as rider is now too tall and moving away and he deserves a home that will love and enjoy him as much as we have for these last 3 years. He’s most kind natured pony going, he is the golden retriever of horses and is very straightforward. He is extremely versatile and adaptive meaning he would suit a kid coming off a smaller pony wanting something bigger, a teenager looking to have some fun or an adult that wants a reliable ride. Either way he is a pony that is very easy to fall in love with and will be your best friend. He will step up or down and tries his best at what you ask of him. He has mainly done sj with us where he has also been an amazing all rounder but I’m looking for a home where he can go back to doing mainly xc, hunt, team chase, pony club etc. In his previous home he has team chased to novice level and has hunted over some huge hedges and this is very much his thing. His flat is impeccable, he is super tidy and balanced with clean transitions. He’s a forward ride but he’s safe and isn’t strong, he’s very responsive to what you ask. He would look lovely in a show ring. Hes got a super jump to him, he’s extremely capable and nothing is too big, he’s simple and level headed, doesn’t buck, rear, bolt or anything nasty. Hes a machine out xc and will jump anything you point him at with ease and is very bold- this is definitely his favourite thing to do. He is sound to hack alone or in company infront or behind, he will stand to do gates and you can get on and off him safely while out. He won’t get pushy in an open field and has seen plenty of farm animals. I clip him myself without a headcollar and he will happily stand for hours, he’s always been good for the vet, farrier, dentist. He will load in a trailer, 3.5t or 7.5t. I really want to find this pony the perfect home where he will be truly appreciated. I can’t describe how special he is to us and he has given me the best 3 years. He is something you won’t find in anything else so we are being extremely fussy with who and where he goes to. We would consider lease. He wont be sold unseen and homes will be vetted.
