18 year old 16.2 bay gelding

Padde – the ultimate schoolmaster and perfect mother/daughter share. He is now looking for a new rider to enjoy all the fun he has to offer and pass on his wealth of experience. Padde is a straightforward, kind ride who is easy to jump and a true gentleman in the stable. He is happiest around 80–90cm and will happily teach a rider the ropes with confidence. Excellent to hack alone or in company and great in traffic. Having previously evented successfully at BE100 level, he is now ready to step down and enjoy a quieter life. He has competed at Badminton Grassroots in 2025 and completed Bicton 1003DE three times. He might suit a young jockey coming off ponies and wanting to do all the NSEA/ SEG activities. As expected for a horse of his age and experience, he does require some maintenance, which can be discussed with any serious enquiries. This is a much-loved horse, and only the very best home will be considered. Any potential home will be thoroughly vetted. Offered on loan to move yards although would LOVE him to stay on our yard.
