Compact, Athletic 16hh Eventer with Scope and Style

Adrenalin II, ‘Andi’ is a compact, eye-catching sport horse. Exceptionally well put together, he’s talented across all the disciplines, and still an absolute gentleman to deal with. He’s competed successfully up to BE Intermediate, with notable results including 2nd in a 2L* and 7th in his first Intermediate but more recently has been running back at grassroots level. While he’s more than capable of stepping back up, he would be best suited to an ambitious amateur or experienced young rider wanting to event easily at BE Novice / 2* level or showjump up to 110/115cm. Andi is an elegant mover, with a great technique and plenty of scope. He thrives in both the showjumping and cross-country phases, and moves beautifully on the flat. He recently had a year out due to an injury, (we are happy to disclose all details) and since returning to full work he’s been out competing with regular double clears at 100/105cm, won a 105 combined training, and is confidently training over 115cm at home. He’s also been cross-country schooling and is bold, honest, and great fun to ride. Beyond his sporting ability, Andi is a lovely horse to have on the yard; friendly, kind and straightforward. He’s light to ride, snaffle mouthed, hacks out with others and on his own, and easy to shoe, box and clip, with no vices. He is for sale on behalf of his owner, whose daughter has now gone to university. Andi is currently on sales livery with us and honestly, we’d keep him ourselves if we could!
