Donald has an exceptional temperament……the kindest, easiest horse. He hacks alone and in company. Excellent in traffic, not spooky. Forward going but sensible. We have hunted him all last season where he was well mannered and never missed a day. However, we feel he would excel in the dressage arena or show ring, He has beautiful correct paces and turns heads wherever he goes. He still has a fan club from his racing days where he was well loved and a yard favourite for being confidence giving and well mannered. We took him on holiday to the New Forest where he enjoyed pub rides and hacking through the forest jumping logs and crossing streams. He has no vices, good feet and finished racing with no injuries. He has been to flatwork, Polework and jumping clinics where he has been calm and well behaved. He has an exceptional presence about him and turns heads wherever he goes.
