Super Competition Pony

Qualified Hickstead Elite 110 Championship 2026 Foxhunter Winner Evented up to 100

Full up 148, 11 year old grey gelding. Jake is a super competition pony who is unfortunately looking for a new home as I’m unfortunately getting too big for him and am off ponies. This year I have been competing him at NSEA and pony club, as I was too old to do BS, which he has been doing very successfully. This year alone he has qualified for 3 classes at the NSEA championships, including the 110 championship at Hickstead. Jake is truly one of the most awesome XC pony I have ever ridden. He is always keen and game and looking for the next fence, we moved up to BE100 after only 2 90s and he proved how awesome he is, going clear in his first 100. Schooling he has jumped novice fences, he is very bold and not fazed by ditches, water etc. This is where he really excels. Jake’s dressage is work in progress, as before we bought him he had only showjumped and had very little flatwork, we have worked very hard on this however, and his dressage tests average around the 40 mark. He is a very smart, showy pony on the flat and there is a lot more to come from someone willing to put in the hours. He is a forward going competition pony so not suitable for novice riders. He is the kindest and easiest pony to do in all ways. Good to hack, shoe, catch etc He would suit a keen, competent 13 ish year old who wants to get out and have fun. Price negotiable to the right home, ideally we are looking for a 5* loving forever home.
