14.2, 15 yrs gelding - Pony Club, Riding Club, NSEA Pony

A much-loved second pony looking for his next best friend. He’s not a novice ride as he takes confidence from his rider, but there isn’t a bad bone in his body and he’ll try his heart out for you if you tell him he can. He is a genuine all-rounder who loves having a job and thrives on routine. He’s been there, done it and got the T-shirt – Pony Club rallies, camps, stay-aways and competitions. Currently: Competing at Novice Dressage with a recent score of 69% at BD County level (Prelim Inter-County Team). Happily jumping 85–90cm unaffiliated and training higher at home. Qualified for and attended numerous championships during his time with us (PC & RC). He takes up the leg well and I (5’7”) can happily ride him, making him a potential mother/child share, or suitable for a parent to keep ticking over if needed. He really enjoys hacking and is happiest in company. His ideal home: He absolutely must have all-year turnout (even if only for a few hours each day). He needs to get out of his stable and be a pony. When he had restricted turnout he became a little sour in the stable and could be fresh in the school. Since moving to a yard where he’s turned out regularly, he has been an absolute angel and is a much happier pony. Finding him the right home is far more important to us than anything else. Good to: Shoe Clip Travel (can take 5–10 minutes to load but has never been an issue) In the three years we’ve owned him he has never been sick or sorry, and at 15 he’s certainly not ready to slow down.
