Talent Pool Opportunity – Grooms Interested in a Career in Horseracing

Are you currently working as a Groom and interested in exploring a career in horseracing?

We're building a talent pool of experienced Grooms who are ready to take the next step into a career in horseracing. Rather than applying for a single vacancy, you'll join a supported recruitment program where we'll assess your riding ability, provide tailored career guidance, interview preparation and ongoing support, then match you with suitable opportunities as they become available with leading racing employers. If you're passionate about horse care, have riding experience and are looking to develop your career, this is your opportunity to access roles that may not be widely advertised, while benefiting from the excellent training, welfare and career support available within the British horseracing industry. First-stage interviews will take place online or by telephone on 17 September, followed by riding assessments on 2 October.
